Yep. But it only works if you start a fresh game. Must start a new game for it to recognize the new changes.

When you finish we need guns and get to shaundi ex crib and it starts spitting out the dlc you have, you go to the phone upgrades and then buy swap cash for respect 1 2 and 3 for 500 each ( i know I modified it myself) and takeover the 2 middle downtown morningstar areas with stag takeover assist and you are at instant level 50 and 8,000,000 dollars to start through game. I can Reuploaded mine I am using right now I know works because after a fresh computer format I had to start again.

Here is how I start the game. I make sure that file is exactly where you put it. start the game and when I get to shaundi's ex crib, I buy cash for respect 1, 2 ,and 3 for 500 dollars. then with stag takeover assist I take over the 2 middle downtown areas and I instantly have 8,000,000 dollars and level 50 respect, stag reward tank in the garage, nyte blayde car, and cyrus vtol when I get to saints hq. I been using that file for over a year now.
