Why not? It's a mod for SRTT a game released in 2011, it hasn't changed since then so the mod should work. It won't work with the remaster tho.

Yay got it to work but I want to remove the Shaundi and Peirce from Saints Row 4 outfits or whatever there called but I don't know what the file names for those ones are, can someone tell me what they are pls?
