Have you used git before? Is it an issue with tools? What command are you using? Are you using a gui? I'm able to anonymously grab the repository for SR4. I used:

Ok, the easiest thing to do would be to just go to https://github.com/volition-inc/Zinyaks-Cache-Of-Wonders or whatever version of the game interests you and select the button on the bottom right that says "Download Zip". Then you'll just have a zip file of the tools and you can play with them.
