War mod

Yeah, wonder how many bugs this crap must have ;) As for me - nothing special, similar mayhem can be done in vanilla, only except spawning thousands of npcs (which will also murder almost every pc, heh).
 
How exactly is this a mod release?
 
This mod turn the town on a big and constant war with some news npcs (like tiger or the skinball, they normally don't spawn in the town)

Moving to Mods in Progress subforum. Once you get it all straightened out with the actual files I can move it back. Next time, please wait until your release is ready before creating a thread in this forum.
