SRIV Water wave simulation

Spoke with one of the TAs and all we can figure is it would be handled by ir_sr3dynamic_water1. If not that it is probably handled in code. The height map for the waves is handled there for sure.

did not work stilll wierd pixel waves could it be simulation file?
 
I may throw a thought why not try to use saints row 3 water files and try them with saints row 4 just a note idk anything about this or do not know what I am talking about I am just throwing a idea out there that could spark something.:p
 
I've seen stuff like height_wave or something about the waves in weather.xtbl . You should take a look .
Yes it's there in the weather.xtbl file. It reads as:

<Ambient_Wave_Settings>
<Ambient_Wave_Speed>9</Ambient_Wave_Speed>
<Ambient_Wave_Amplitude>.5</Ambient_Wave_Amplitude>
</Ambient_Wave_Settings> and so on.

It's mentioned in most places in that file so you'll have to edit them accordingly.
