I edited my SRIV weapon stats a while ago and I recently started playing SRIV again and now when I upgrade my weapons they revert back to the modded stats after loading up a save, can someone upload their default weapon stat file for me to replace my modded file with?

Okay so I did they thing you suggested and my upgrades still reset after loading the save.
Also validating the game cache doesn't add the weapon files back in anymore.
Damage, mag sizes, fire rate, etc.
So is there a way to fix this?
I just uninstalled the game, reinstalled it and now it just crashes on startup.

To remove existing mods and get back to the vanilla setup:
Delete all the files (but not the folders) at the root of the game's installation, that is, where the .exe is. Inside the packfiles folder, and any of its subfolders, delete any files that DON'T end in ".vpp_pc". Run a cache verification in Steam; it will re-download the files it needs.
Uninstalling it may not have removed files that you added manually, so I suggest giving this a try. If you follow this procedure and it still crashes, I have no other ideas; something else is wrong with your setup.
