What .xtbl file affects Personality (voice, taunts ...) in Image as Designed?

Hey, so I figured out through editing Whored Mode that you can give any voice that you wish to the characters. Which is amazing!
I want to use the NPC voices in regular gameplay as well, especially for SR4 with Admixion's mods that let you use Shaundi's outfits etc.
So far I skimmed through the player_*.xtbl files contain only body sliders. (Table File Editor from Kinzie's Toolbox)

It's getting late over here, so I didn't search thoroughly the forum or game files.
If you know where I should start, that would be great.

Sorry for the doublepost but I'm unable to edit the OP.

Some notes:
I think since GOOH has trouble with voices when you go to Image As Designed, it's likely that you just need to modify the value itself in memory using things such as Cheat Engine.
The Savefile Editor by XB36hazard provides no support ... unless I use HxD to edit them?? I doubt it's unencrypted, but I'm gonna try it if I have time.
