where is the loading screen top layer?

Hellllo-o all!
..i have a small question: where can i find the texture for the black/purple layer in loading screens? (the layer that is on top of the images from loading screens,,)

EDIT: ..no one? ..i'm not sure its a texture since it have a small animation.. but i definitly need to find it, to add some transparency.. i need to find what file plays on top of the loading screen.. please :/

EDIT2:i think its an animated mesh...if so..i'm doomed :/

hey i have a question regarding your loading screen mods where do i put it? the instructions just say in main folder...
is it here: :\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Saints Row IV?
