That should be in the code of the SRTT Binaries, which is illegal to modify.
where is the samurai-sword?

Actually I believe you'd only have to do that if you wanted to mess with the DLC framework.
I know from other games that the Binary controls what will load.
There must be a .xtbl or an other Configuration-File which controls what LOADS on which Mission & what loads for Freeroam. If these file doesn't exist, it has to be defined in the Binaries.
You can control what preloads normally, to some extent. Assuming.. it's for the normal base game. If it's for the DLC, it may well be packed into the binary itself, at least no one's had any luck finding it.
I can';t recall the laser swords ever coming up. Are they from a DLC or something? Or are they used in the one decker tron mission and I just forgot because I was too busy shooting everything that moved?
Because if they're from a DLC.. sorry. They can't be used in normal game then unless someone finds the trick to preloading them. (I'd have guessed making a copy of the assets you want, and stuffing them in the original game, but the problem then is how to make the game see 'new' assets. Oh, and the fact that it may go screwy with the dlc lock, trying to ask for a dlc that doesn't exist or something.. since the 'preload' files may be defined by Steam's "Do I own this DLC" check. Plus I suspect the game is smarter than me in how dumb it can be at times)

the laser-sword is from a decker-mission. i have a tool were you can tweak your save-files. there you can put 4 swords. one is the normal decker-sword, one is the decker-sword-vr (what ever vr means?), one is a sword for both hands and one is n. blade swords. i had check this swords, but i could see only the normal decker sword. the other swords you could use, but there was no texture. they was invisible. maybe this infos can help.
VR means "virtual reality".
Also, the swords were invisible because they are preloaded during a mission only.
