Which Saints Row game(s) do you like to go back to most often?

I've just started playing Saints Row (the first), and I have to say I am impressed with some things that I really like that are missing from the new engine:
  1. The thunderstorms are awesome! Realistically long storms with pounding rain and really realistic lightning! The lightning flashes from different points in the sky and casts shadows just like a real storm. I know Saints Row 2 has lightning, and Saints Row 3 has wonderfully realistic reflections on the wet streets, but I'm disappointed that Saints Row 3 doesn't have any lightning at all.
  2. The sun moves across the sky in real time (accelerated), and day/night cycles are smooth. You can watch the building shadows get longer and longer, and the lights turn on at dusk. Again, Saints Row 2 has that, but I'm disappointed it was lost completely in the new engine.
  3. You can replay missions by going to a movie theater! Why was that dropped? It's so useful! People here had to put a lot of effort into mods to do the same thing that was already in the older engine!
I know this is a PC forum, but honestly, if you haven't played Saints Row the original, I recommend it. The engine is basically the Saints Row 2 engine, and the map is very large but not quite as detailed as Saints Row 2. My biggest annoyance so far (which is well known) -- no way to buy ammunition for your weapons.
