Am I missing something or is there no world editor part of the SR4 SDK yet? Is there any way to implement a new worldspace into the game without too much hassle? I have no intention or even means to do so but I would love to see new worldspace mods be made...

Sorry, but a world editor for Saints Row IV is not something we have the bandwidth to even consider.
Are you implying a world editor for another game is possible with those bold letters?

There won't be any new SDK for SR.
Only a Sith deals in absolutes. However, there are no plans at the moment
