After trying to do this myself for a while, I thought I might as well see if some kind soul was willing to help me out.
What I need is incredibly simple.
I would like a mod that puts the Hip Hop Jeans from Saints Row the Third up for sale at Planet Zin (or any store, for that matter).
This should be possible I believe, as other mods have done similar stuff already, but I can't seem to figure the programs out. My hope is that this would not be too much trouble for someone who is versed in the process.
I am running no other mods, nor do I intend to. This is literally the only change I wanted done to my game since release...
