Xbox chief wants Xbox 360 games to work on PC

Not sure where to post this so I'll post this here in the Off Topic section.
Looks like later in the future we will be able to play 360 games on a Windows 10 PC according to this story:

It seems to me that it would be easier to port XBox One games to the PC, since the XBox One is basically a Windows 10 PC. The XBox 360 is based on a completely different architecture, so you couldn't just run XBox 360 games on a PC unmodified. But since Microsoft has developed a technology to port some XBox 360 games to the XBox One, that same technology could be used to port them to the PC.

Of course, it would likely require Windows 10, in which case I'd rather just stick with an XBox 360.
