The problem with the Base Hair item is only the first 3 colors can be changed (because it's a clothing item). Most Head Hair items use 9 pigments (most of the meshes I included in Base Hair only use
around 3). The Primary and Secondary colors in the Plastic Surgeon are each made up of 4 pigments, and the 9th one is the specular color (gloss/shine).
In Base Hair, you'll notice Carlos' hair (cmHai_mCarlos.cmeshx) cannot have the top part color changed. This is because that part uses neither the first, second nor third colors. (I still chose to include this mesh because I like the sideburns, and the top part can be covered up anyway.)
So the "Long and Straight" hairstyle cannot be included here for the same reason. There would be colors which couldn't be changed for it.
