Maybe, but that was Kinzie's head on the Boss Player body and the only way to get that was to do Streaking. Kinzie's body is very petite, sticking her head on the Boss' body looks way whacked out of proportion.

Technically, adding the unique GOOH weapons and powers to SR4 would be adding/enabling paid content without paying for it.

"Normal" is a VERY subjective term.

I believe Gat and Kinzie and the costumes they wear are a single mesh, no way to change clothing at this point.

There are many posted on these forums, just download one and stick it in your save folder (sort of). There's no need for a USB drive. Unless you're trying to do this for a console version in which case, sorry can't help ya.

There isn't one ( a mod that does this), but you can dload someones 100% save game and get the same thing.

If I remember correctly, a map editor was something not planned but would be discussed after all the other SDK parts were released.

The Silverlink stuff is still off limits. Volition has not given the OK to do anything with Silverlink features at this point.

Changing or removing mods should have no effect on your game save/progress. You can run the batch file, but it would be better if you manually verified that everything was removed from your SRTT folder after running the batch file, before proceeding with a reinstall.

Sounds like one of the files that gets changed by a mod was overwritten by Steam. Reinstalling your mods should get them working again.

There is, but that DLC link you outlined usually appears on every Steam game even if there are no DLC items.
