As Admixion has said, it doesn't fully work with SR4, so it will definitely have problems with the Remastered game. You can try BoJan's table editor or Notepad++ to edit it better, I suppose

Sory, SR3R does not support many mods. You can use mods on the original version SR3.

After some poking around with Cheat Engine and this game's forums, I assume the Cheat Engine way of doing this has been patched, since another thread mentioning body modifications seemingly worked fine... then you scroll down a few posts later and people saying the shared character was deleted...

You need to downgrade the game to previous version, right click game > Properties > in Steam's Betas. Then mods will work again. P/S: I don't know if it will delete savefiles. Please make a backup first.

Probably not. You can downgrade your build in Steam by right click game > properties > Betas, though.
