Without mesh tools a lot of things certainly won't happen.:(
I understand that there are SR3 archives that we can not unpack that contain the 3D geometry .gmax files.

The 'Genki Grill' is just wishfull thinking that was added to the image to generate chuckles.

At the moment I'm updating the OP with a set of new pic (I like to show off :D), and the mod. I already have 7 gangs so it's beta time.
 
All done, the 7 gangs are there, just like the beta, I hope those aren't too many screens, I've cut a lot of screens out to prevent you from scrolling.
 
Okay the Knights have their swords now, and everything is more balanced now. Though the Knights are terribly strong compared to the rest now...
 
Hello Miku, I've been spawning the bikers as" Neutral Gang " for a some time now and it has caused an issue when I try to execute a store robbery ( They shoot back and the robbery will not take place ). With bikers the problem occurred in both rim jobs and rusty needles and I'm guessing you may have similar issues if any of your new gang members also happen to be behind the counter in any of the other stores. Personally, I think your mod is going to be way more fun than robbing stores but I thought I should let you know about this issue.
 
I've never seen something like your issue on my end. Seems like I haven't tested everything yet. No matters, it's still a beta... I'll come with just the simple solution tomorrow to change the character to the Saints version (not now, I'm exhausted).
 
Checked everything and your issue has been fixed Mordred. Checked every tattoo shop and rim jobs. Though on the other hand it could be very neat to give those gangs a little bit more to say with real estate.
 
Great to see you took a break from flatout and made this mod, which is now one of my favourite mods along with your RPG mod.
Looking forward to the finished project
