A new Enemy in town

Thank you very much for liking the mods. I also made a start with some changes on the cars in Steelport: Engine sound, spring length and strength, etcetera, and I'd like to post that too when it's ready for beta.
 
Hello Miku, I've been spawning the bikers as" Neutral Gang " for a some time now and it has caused an issue when I try to execute a store robbery ( They shoot back and the robbery will not take place ). With bikers the problem occurred in both rim jobs and rusty needles and I'm guessing you may have similar issues if any of your new gang members also happen to be behind the counter in any of the other stores. Personally, I think your mod is going to be way more fun than robbing stores but I thought I should let you know about this issue.

Dude that sounds cool XD I'll try and do that on my game, would be great to see the rim jobs owner fire a shotgun at any perp trying to rob him haha

I agree, when the Rim Jobs guy takes out a shotgun during a holdup and says, "what style are you looking for" and then puts the gun down and
says, "can't wait to stick a needle in you" . lol :p

What I said about tweaking the cars was changing the ride heights, top speed and engine sounds, now, when you drive an Infuego it goes a bit faster, springs are longer, on slow speeds the nose points more downwards and when you go fullspeed the back goes down. Welcome to Saints Row Hot Wheels. ;)
I plan to do the same for cars like the Hammer, and other cars will get it different.
But that didn't have much to do with A new Enemy in town.

ATM I'm trying a bunch of things for this, like making a gang that works together with the cops, giving it a big territory spread over all the islands. The VTol and notoriety spawn thing will come later since I will have to do a terrible lot of work making those appear without having cops or STAG appear, in its territory. Just so you know.

It seems to be impossible, so I lower the standards, the normal cops will also spawn with higher notoriety. -.-
 
Need to lower the standards ever further. -__-
The new characters (from SHIELD) don't want to spawn when they're part of the law enforcement.
Then let's say they "help" the cops, instead of replace them.
By copying the SHIELD characters and give them team STAG they seem to spawn more often, but the problem now is that when they spawn, even at 0 shields, they go chase after you... sigh...

Can't wait for the completed final mod, and I hope the completed mod can work either with Go's and Shitface NPC behavior and spawn. Because I like Idol's and Shitface's mods very much.
 
Sure, I'll try to mix and fit my mod in NPC Behaviour and Spawn, if it will be part of GoS is up to Idol though.^^
 
With this mod I'll also enhance the notoriety spawns of the Deckers, Luchas and M'stars. With and without Advanced Police Notoriety from yorpie.

Deckers will get 3 new and stronger divisions, I'm wishing you luck fighting the leader of division 4. ;)
