A new Enemy in Town

What features of Shitface's NPC behaviour and spawn mod does this mod also have (aside from the height variations and action nodes already mentioned in the OP)? Does this mod also have the more chaotic/aggressive civilians, improved car/NPC variety spawning and better notoriety features of NPC BaSM?

This mod's tweak_table.xtbl and weapons.xtbl conflicts with Shitface's Weapon Re-Balance Mod. What features am I gonna lose from this mod if I opt to go with the Shitface's Weapon Re-Balance Mod copies of these files?

Bug report: After finishing the mission, "A Belgian Problem", and before the Stilwater Hughes Memorial Bridge cutscene plays, SR3 crashes with this mod installed. I tried this two times. Uninstalling the mod allows the game to continue fine without any issues.

I know is anyone going to fix this its pretty annoying

Yes, yes, and yes.

There isn't much to lose, but for the best result, I would merge them together.

Before I downloaded this mod that has many new gangs, the only new enemy in town I had was the Genki Gimpi Girl Gang which is a small modification in the character.xtbl that replaces the Luchadores with Genkis and Gimp girls.:D

I have a loose grasp on Saints Row IV modding, but I really want to learn more. After poking around in the XTBL files, I found Rollerz car variants, and as a big fan of mods like the NPC Behavior and Spawn Mod, the Past Gangs Spawning Mod and "A new Enemy in Town" for SR3, I was inspired to use those car variants and recolored temp pedestrians to add a jury rigged, but functional version of the Rollerz to the open world in addition to what the SR4 mods accomplished. I was also hoping to do the same for Masako goons, and maybe add Los Carnales out of whatever I could find. But after a week or so of crashes and hang-ups, and generally spinning my wheels, I'm hoping and praying that someone could be patient with me and work with me to get this done.

I was able to make Rollerz and Carnales characters, gave them special cars, and used notoriety_spawn.xtbl to make them appear in game and I'm really proud of that. I'm so close, I just need some help
 
Until I get the new traffic spawning in SRIV, it might be nice to work on this one.
So step 1 was making better traffic. Well it sure is better. :P
