A voice log plays back immediately on each save load?

Mine is Keith Davids one where he talks about how he should be president.. I thought it was storyline reasons like hinting at a betrayal but nope. Way to make me paranoid, bug! Still doesn't stop me from trying the romance option. He was goliath in gargoyles.
 
I too get Keith David talking about how the invasion dashed his political aspirations every time I start up the game and load my save. It's only the first load though.
 
Who wouldn't want the soothing baritone voice of Keith David crooning them as a nice, rich welcome mat every time they load the game?

That said, this is being worked on and is likely to be patched. It was a known issue before release but stability bugs took priority.
 
I as well am struck by the luxurious voice of Keith David. He's an amazing actor but having the same voicelog appear time and time again does not display his honeyed vocalizations in its appropriate glory.
 
His voice is awesome. He just scares me with his talk of wanting to be pres. I expect him to try to kill me any moment. +_+ He is right though, he would be a better pres.


By all means prioritize stability though! Especially freezes. :x

I don't have a fix for this yet, but we're closer. It only happens if you skip the bink videos. Not sure what is wrong with the bink abort code yet, but I'm looking at it.

I just tested this Knobby. I let the opening cinematics play through completely and then opened my save and I still got to hear the dulcet tones of Mister Keith David as I loaded in, so it's possible that it's getting flagged in the save file as well.
