Is it possible to have some sort of "Agreement" message pop up that tells people basically "If you pirated this game, don't even bother asking for help. We Can't and Won't help you".
It could pop up once, and then everyone has to click through it to close it.

Wouldn't matter. It'd have just as much use as EULAs. People would still not read it, and still ask for help. They'd then pretend it wasn't pirate game until they admitted it was, then get banned. It'd just be more work in the end for no gain.

Solution: Make it so that you somehow check the users Steam Library for X game.
