When I start Saints Row IV up, when it SOUNDS like it goes it to the main menu, it shows a word: button 1 and a loading bar 3/4 loaded.

Do you have the Steam version of the game? Run a cache file verification in Steam. Remove all mod files and install just this mod. See if it still happens then.

Hey guys, I just tried the mod and it's not working at all. I reinstalled it multiple times and nothing. I attached a screenshot of the Rootfolder of SR.

Is it "not working" as in you see no changes, or "not working" as in the game crashes?

How do you merge these files, just merge next all the way down? Then how do you save it and get it to work.

I suggest reading the WinMerge documentation/help for more details, but generally I think you just pick one side to use, edit it, and save with control+S. The file you edited is the one you'd use.
