Personally, I would recommend just using Gentlemen of Steelport though which would be much easier. GoS is designed to be completely modular and let you pick the mods you want from a menu and updates all the asm files dynamically so they all work together. It will likely save you a lot of headaches.

Have you installed any other Mods that may conflict with this?
Are you running a legal Steam version of the game?
Can I use custom vehicles in MP?
yes you can. I sometimes play with others players and my vehicles have my parameters even if I am the client. I made a tank of my wraith and I could 'pancake' cars but could be pancaked by tanks when I am the Client
Good day. I've been using GOS for a while along with another mod, and I've been deleting and adding new vehicles. I deleted a few of the DLC vehicles such as Nyteblade's car and the Genki pack cars. How do I get them back? Or are they gone for good unless I load up an earlier save or start a new game? The cheats list doesn't seem to list any DLC vehicles. Could anyone help me out?

Since we're talking about SR3, it should be possible to import the vehicles using the save editor. Since you have the appropriate DLC, the game should not remove them from your garage afterward, which I think is what it does if you don't.
I believe all you have to do is start a new game, get to the point where the vehicles are added to your save, then export them and import them to your old game.
