Fan Wishlist's for SR5

An idea I have for stores and other gameplay elements.
Clothing and Character Customization.
Planet Ultor: Sells casual wear, jewelry, some business attire and some sportswear.
Impressions: Sells business attire, jewelry and "yuppie" clothing.
On The Rag: Sells casual wear and "club" clothing.
Let's Pretend: Sell's an assortment of "cosplay" related clothing. (Military, Law Enforcement, Sci-Fi, Fantasy, Horror etc).
Nobody Loves Me: Sells punk clothing, hipster attire and some biker gear.
Leather and Lace: Sells biker clothing and well let's just say plenty of NSFW outfits.
Rusty's Needle: Let's you apply tattoos to your character.
Image As Designed: Allows you to change your characters gender, voice, skin color, race, hair, facial features, build etc.

Vehicles.
Rim Jobs: Repairs vehicles for a fee. It also let's you customize your vehicles when your nowhere near a safehouse.
Foreign Power: Sells sports cars and other luxury vehicles.
Mid-Life Cycles: Sells motorcycles.
Vlad's Boating Goods: Sells boats, jet-ski's and yachts.
GI Surplus: Sells law enforcement and military grade vehicles.
Big Bad Will's Car-Lot: Sells common civilian grade vehicles. (Name is a reference to the infamous "Big Bill Hell's" video if you couldn't tell)"

Chop-Shop: Unlocked after reaching a certain point in the game. Sell's gang vehicles, reward vehicles (just in case you remove them), and special chop-shop vehicles. Some of the vehicles include fan favorites like the Septic Truck and Pee-Wee and two of the vehicles sold here is a fully decked out mech (note it is an actual vehicle this time around instead of simply being a character morph. Which was nonsensical to begin with) and the fabled "dragon mech" that didn't make it into SR4 due to time constraints and memory issues.

Weapons.
Friendly Fire: Sells weapons, and mods.
Black Market: Sells additional weapon mods.
Powder: Sell's extremely powerful (albeit extremely expensive) variants of the weapons found at Friendly Fire.

Other Gameplay Elements.
Destructible Scenery: I remember Volition experimenting with this in SR2 but it was sadly dropped in the sequels likely due to engine problems. So hopefully they bring this back from SR2. Speaking of engines.

Better Mod Support: Since the full SDK will likely be finished when SR5 comes out (which would probably be mid-2016 or anywhere in 2017) it would be nice if this game actually played nicely with mods. Espicially since even though SR4 was supposed to be more modding friendly SR2 and SR3 were much more stable when I used Gentlemen of the Row\Gentlemen of Steelport while SR4 sometimes turns into a horrid, unstable mess if I install multiple mods.

Better Character Customization: While SR4 did give us more options to change the physical appearance of our character many of the clothes from SR3 or SR4's DLC were put under the idiotic "suits" category. So definitely better clothing customization like we had in SR2. It would also be nice if we could change clothing color in the wardrobe without the need for mods (or for console users buying multiple variants of the same article of clothing).

Replayable Missions: Definitely a must have for SR5, no excuses.

No More Forced Outfit and Weapon Loadout Change: While mildly irritating in SR3 since it was thankfully only in a few missions in SR4 it was really, REALLY bad. Since almost every mission had your character forced out of there custom outfit into a generic boring spacesuit or some idiotic mission related outfit. Sadly this also applies to the weapons in SR4. (Loved using the SWAT SMG? Well too bad! You're forced to use the Xeno-Blaster!). So please Volition, don't have this show up again in the next game.

Better DLC: What I mean by this is have the clothing and weapon packs bundled together in larger packs. (For example the Presidential DLC being bundled with the Brady Games and Wild West or the Anime DLC being bundled with the Comic Book and Alien packs). As for mission packs either have more missions or make the missions more "meaty" (Like what we saw with the mission packs for SR2 and SR3).

Better City: If it's Steelport again i'm really hoping they make the neighborhoods more varied. Kind of like what we saw in the concept art.

Maybe not 'Planet Ultor'. It seems very uncreative because it's only ripping 'Planet Saints'.

About the changing color in Wardrobe. It's great if we can have that, but hopefully we have to pay for the color change too because we'll have overflowing money like usual. :D

All in all, after seeing how ridiculous the DLC are, I hope they don't start selling in-game money and make an inflation in the game.

I believe IdolNinja made a mod for the wardrobe color change.

I hope SRV won't be a continuation of GOOH. I would like to see begining of game: Boss wakes up after big party and realizes that everything what happend in SR IV and GOOH was a dream after drinking bear and smoking weed.

Oh, God. Please hell no.

Like I've said up there, IV and GOOH should be some kind like a dream or something that never happened. Glad we want the same :D

I wish Volition can improve the hand-to-hand combat system (the takedown moves set this game apart from other sandbox titles IMO), trim down the HUD elements during boss fight or gives us another set of takedown moves on brute/warden class NPCs, and perhaps parkour elements (more climbable environment)

Besides, more customization please
1. Gang customization (weapons, vehicles, attire, recruit system like the one in shadows of mordor)
2. Business customization (select homies to manage/defend the business/territory)

Weapon Customization Ideas.
Let us remove upgrades.
If your going to have a ton of weapons don't take the lazy route and make them skins for a few guns.
Let us change the color of the gun itself. (Much like how you can already change clothing and vehicle colors).
Let us add on small tweaks to the gun that are simply aesthetic. Things like scopes, stocks, barrels, extended mags, suppressors, holographic sights, red dot sights, grips, bi-pods, fore grips, muzzle's, bayonets, flashlights and of course different patterns such as woodland or digital for example.
Let us switch between dual and single wield.

I want Volition to make a cool and good game in the way they wish to make it and for it to make them money so they can do it again.

After vising Pleasantville, hearing the plans for SR3 to explore the early Vice Kings and Los Carnales, and modern Hip-Hop's relevance to the series drying up like Egypt, I'd like the series to adopt a 60s/70s funk vibe, with maybe a bit of religious horror jumping off from GOOH.

I really hope they can manage to make a living city, one with variety and smart pedestrians. I would love it to be colorful with beach locals, nightclubs, cafes, heck maybe even libraries. It would be fantastic to have smart ai that adapt in clever and funny ways. I hope the police are given more limelight, allowing them to react to you a bit more intelligently rather than just stand in one spot and shoot you with shotguns. If civilians and police could react to some of the things your wearing, that could be interesting/realistic or goofy and hilarious, up to you (I like how there's some limited npc dialogue where they note your gender, and are either blown away and jealous of your appearance or absolutely horrified). If people had some dynamic unscripted elements, it would be great. (Sir! Get down from the mailbox, put down the guitar case!) Having people actually react to your "compliments" and "taunts" would be unique to.

Here's an example, I was driving a taxi in Sleeping Dogs, when suddenly a man got into the back.
"What you think I'm a taxi driver?"
"S***!" Runs like crazy.

A personal thing is that I would like to establish relationships with some characters to, and their relation to you. Maybe during character creation, you could decide some of your characters hobbies or preferences, whether they are interested in tech or not (daaaarn yoou Kinsiiieeee), which has some effects on dialogue, cut scenes, or how you talk to certain characters. Heck maybe even chose how you dance (I don't think volition can resist ridiculous dance scenes can they?)

Interiors in general are just great, and I really hope the game can be pretty (I like how Volition now consider rooftops as well, maybe pedestrians could be in their apartments or watering their plants.). I would love to go back to the thirds style of realism (not some of the humor, hopefully you know what I'm referring to) with flashy fights, and flying escapes, or sliding down sky scrapers. Heck, superpowers could be an end/late game reward or easter egg, via some expensive gear, which suddenly allows clusters to appear around the map, allowing a completely different type of game play to shake it up from the things your doing. But still allow unique and fun content irrelevant of sci fi, maybe have the main story completely unrelated to the easter eggs (like GTA 5, but a bit more developed).

What I feel is important is that they step away from typical open world gameplay tropes. Do new things! Don't rehash, it feels a bit lazy for a "quest" to be to just hold m1 and shoot things around you, excitement whoa! Try to do unique things, if your keeping activities, make them better, add more depth, make then fun to do with a friend, add some friendly competition. I linked that good game review a while back, and that was one of the hosts main criticism, just a shopping list of generic tasks.

Customization in previous games isn't perfect, and its annoying when I see npcs with cool outfits whilst you can't do squat, especially with the space suit customization. Your body looks deformed on it if your a female, whilst Asha and Shaundi are customized and, heck, that stupid sexy outfit doesn't make sense because Shaundi's is what yours should have been, instead its all deformed.

So like, we all have our dream game, so its not great to pressure teams to much, 2014 was full of publishers and developers being manipulative bastards that don't deliver games that are what they promised, or the fact the trailers look completely different. (CGI ones suck especially), Saints Row has been using gameplay a fair bit more, and it looks closer to the product, but the DLC advertising was terribly misleading. (No more one piece outfits please!)

There really should be more games like Saints Row, character customization can be brilliant, and can be used in a lot more than just a quick small cosmetic in MMO's.
