is it possible to first change the unlockable to enable a cheat and have the cheat give you bullet protection for lets say 100 000$? with a timelimit
or no cheat, a phonenumber like the norority wipe

I did look, didn't see anything.
Does anyone know where I can find the original untouched "tweak_table.xtbl" file?
by undoing all mods and varifying steam cache

That won't accomplish anything since the misc_tables.vpp_pc archive that contains that file is always still vanilla for everyone and untouched by mods.
What FlawlessEra should do is download gibbed's tools and extract his misc_table.vpp_pc to get the original files.
