What exactly do you have in mind?
I mean these two missions which aren't got name and they are based on Ultor Explosed DLC. GotR is adding them to game. By completing them you can unlock Carlos and Aisha as homies.

No, they're not. They're the first 2 missions of the Corporate Warfare DLC. Ultor Exposed is the dlc with Tera Patrick.

Oops. My mistake.
I want completely delete them from game.
Why?
Hm... I thought about converting all missions from DLCs and I wanted remove these missions to make them myself but I looked into patch.vpp_pc and... I see converting these missions will take a lot of time and I even don't know how do an mission in SR2, so I think I will resign.

Yes. Use winrar or 7zip extract the archive which contains install instructions.
