They sure do with a keyboard/mouse. There's an optional handling mod included with GotR that makes things much more manageable.
 
Hi , IdolNinja.It seems that I got a problem about unlockables. When I complete the Ronin mission "Visiting Hours" for the first time , I can't unlock medical opressor heli . I retried many times （by loading a previous save) and every time the game just gave me nothing. Now I have finished all the Ronin missions but I haven't got the heli yet :confused:

SR2 has a hard limit on how many unlocks you can have. The medical heli can be bought at the Blue Collar Supply dealership, so the unlock was removed to make room for other things. Jyunichi's car is unlocked with the rest of the Ronin vehicles when you complete the Ronin story arc.

There is an unlockables text file included with GotR that has all this info btw.

Yes , I know there is an unlockables text , but I don't think it offers me correct info.Here I upload the original list and a revised one (both only include Ronin part) and maybe you can have a look

Your corrections are confirmed, except Jyunichi's vehicle. I double checked and it does unlock with the last mission. You may not be noticing it in your garage because it's not actually called that in game. It just has a standard name for that type of car but with a unique texture.
