Giant Player Rampage

I did that editing the memory of the game (not the exe itself, I'm not an hacker eh!). You can go pretty high in size and I'm really surprised the game handle it so easily by default !

While the address can be find easily (I'm not using a cheat nor being shrunk here) nearby the cheat addresses (strangely) you can also do the same to the whole pedestrians and homies (like the Saints Row 2 cheat, remember). No would be could if you could have something like a change of physic or something lol

How do you found this address? I'm not so good in game memory search, so I found 554 addresses that change when I change the character height. And it this point i'm stuck =)

oh if you know about memory search here's a screenshot for you :

You see the 0040 (16384 in decimal) on the top in the middle of all the zero xD ? That's the result of the imhuge cheat, when you do the ittybitty it became 003F (16128 in decimal) and the value is 0000 when you are normal (lol). Generally I search for the ascii "Unlock_Super_Te", after that the value will be at the same place, always, but it won't always be at "62841a2" sadly it keep changing each time you close the game. Also, going to the left (at 628419E here) change everyone else's size ! (homies and pedestrian). I hope now that you know how the size value works (it's always the same, check a Wii Action replay forum at "size" or resize : http://geckocodes.org/index.php?gct=SB4P01). Hope I've been clear enough xD Too bad I don't think you can change the car size...

Maybe with an SDK ? I actually don't know, all I can say is that it was the same on the Third one (but the game didn't handle it as well as the Fourth one). After a certain value the game became glitchy, like you start to see the back polygon with the front ones at the same ha ha xD"

This is another
example
Ps : I did that online, and actually the other player saw me at regular size.

Yep, it works. Thanks a lot =)

Character size hardcoded to 1.0, so without memory manipulations it's can not be resided permanently i think.
And it's only visual resize, not as in this video.

Yes, that's what I was thinking... But try at the same it affect the polygons, I mean if you fall or something (try the ragdolls effect) you will be falling on the skyscrapers and not on the floor like if you were at 1:1 Weird !?

Oh also I was wondering, the Micronizer does exist or no ? I mean if it does it's a DLC, so I guess it would be possible to alter the size of characters one by one then no ????

I think, only 1\2 or 2\3 part of character (after a certain height increase) have a collision. If you try go thru tunnels or something else - head and shoulders of character will be inside the ceiling =)

Effect not permanent. Player character must be returned into 1.0 height - this hardcoded. And it a problem - we can't change player's height in character_definitions.xtbl like in SR3.
But, only player character. Height of NPC we can change in this file, and this change remains in effect.

That's pretty weird indeed and funny. To be visible by the other, it needs to be a shrink effect, right ? That's really really weird... Any idea for the change of physic for people and car ? Like I dunno being flagged as a tank (lol) that would be perfect to flatten car and panic people but again I seriously dunno, most of the time what I do is wrong with the mods (when doing them myself).

Flag player as a tank? It's a great idea! =) Maybe it can be realised through superpowers? Or with cheat "isquishyou" for player?
Ideas? For example, someone on this forum reduced gravity for NPC-cars, so driving for them turned into a nightmare. It was funny.

I really don't know if it's even manageable in fact, I wish a wiki would be realised for all the files (which is quite hard atm since the game is REALLY new).

Also, do you know if there's a way to edit the configuration file (and where is it ?) As you can see, when you change your scale, it disable shadows and all, so it may be linked to the drawing distance or something !
