When using ultrawide resolutions I've noticed that the water reflections break. They basically become unhinged from their correct orientation.

Here is a screenshot example:

Not much I can really do, and it's not a Juiced bug this is how the water is, even on x360.

16:9 Squished to 21.5:9

Native 21.5:9

This also happens on Xbox 360, I'd have to spend time trying to find what causes it, could be baked into the water shader no idea.

Probably a stupid question but I don't play Saints Row often enough to know much about its modding scene. Does this work with GOTR or do the two mods conflict? I always disliked playing SR2 on my PC because of the framerate issues and such, and this looks incredible... but I also have only ever used GOTR (besides visual mods ofc, and those just go into the GOTR folder structure). Call me a newbie or what have you lol, I don't mind! But I figured I'd ask.

Also, does this work with visual mods, and if so, where would I put them?

Yes, Juiced works with GOTR. I can't speak on all visual mods, but I used it with the Visual Overhaul mod for a full playthrough, and I recall briefly using it with the SR1.5 Lighting mod as well.

Hello, does anyone know how to fix this? Everytime i enter an activity or start a new mission the game becomes unplayable with huge stuttering. When i finish the mission or activity and reset the game it goes back to normal. I check the log and it keeps spamming this.

Try a less aggressive sleep hack setting. Missions and activities are LUA heavy and an aggressive sleep hack setting may stop the LUA garbage collector from keeping up with the game.

I can't take much credit for the actual coding here but my friend Uzi's made this mod and he doesn't have a forum account so I'm mirroring it here for him.

It sounds insane to describe what this mod does to anyone and even have it seem believable but it's real and it deserves to be shared with the world. Countless days of reverse engineering have created this.
More info here.

This also includes an automatic LAA Patch when the user's exe is DRM free.

Please remove the hard dependency on Discord Game SDK, if I remove the DLL the game won't start with the mod applied. I am not interested in any Discord integration as I don't use it and don't want it to create unnecessary connections.

There's a config parameter to disable it additionally, but it would be nice to not require a DLL that is never going to be used depending on the configuration.

Additionally, I found that UseFixedXACT breaks cutscene audio on Linux/Proton, any version I tried (8.x, 9.x, Experimental and GE) had the same result of no audio and a silent pop a second into the playback.

Also, on the linked website I could find version 5.3.1 of the mod, please update the OP.

Finally, is there any difference between using unpacked Steam executable vs. GOG executable? The warning dialogue mentioning LAA patch specifically addresses "the steam executable for SR2" being unstable.

not much difference. it just a warning that it will run into crash eventually, but before that you can still play it normally
