SRIV Latest Steam patch for SRIV breaks weapons

Thx. :) I only got 2 DLC's today that I bought; so I guess they took the Gat Pack off before I even knew it was there (awww). Still not sure whether it's wise to start playing again.

I'm not going to until the weapons situation is sorted out. I worked hard for some of those guns and I rather like them, and more importantly don't like playing the game without my full compliment of weaponry.

Using the 'unlockitall' Cheat should work.
*using Additional Cheats to protect the save from being flagged*
 
I didn't notice an issue with weapons, but I have another issue: I cannot access Buff, Death From Above, or Shield in my Powers menu, and I cannot use those powers during gameplay either. Even the cheat to gain access to all powers does not make them appear. This problem occurs on all of my saves, dating back to near the beginning of the game.
 
All the time I played and tested my mod WIP I didn't notice a thing about broken weapons.
Just once the streets and the ship were empty for a while but after reloading the same save it was back to normal.
