Made 2 Measure: Seabound's Clothing Patch

Hi, this mod is really cool, the only nitpick I have is that when I change my character's stance, her limbs rotate for a second when entering and exiting a vehicle, is there any way to fix that?
Sadly, no. The reason it happens is kind of interesting though.

The "Stance" Items were made using a system called "Fat_Bones". This system is used in the Plastic Surgeon. When you make your character fatter, their limbs will be moved outwards so they don't clip through the body. Fat_Bones can also be assigned to specific clothing Items through modding.

Fat_Bones gets disabled when entering a Vehicle, so the hands stay aligned with the steering wheel, and no limbs clip outside of the car.

Volition never had any intention for this system to allow negative values to move the limbs closer. So for the "Narrow" Stance Item in M2M, instead of saying "Move the limbs -5 degrees inwards towards the body." I had to say "Move the limbs +355 degrees outwards from the body." (effectively moving them around an almost complete rotation).

So when Fat_Bones get disabled when entering a Vehicle, the limbs have to travel all the way back around -355 degrees to their default position.

This issue doesn't occur with the "Wide" Stance Item, because those Fat_Bones values are only +5 degrees, and so they only have to travel -5 degrees to get back to the default position.

Could the long slit skirt be made a bit more... seductive? I feel like that aesthetic idea is largely lost in Saints Row 2. The seductive classy side could be added (and excused) with Mission Beach and Nob Hill, maybe, though?

I think something like that would be more in the realms of texture modding. M2M does change the default colours and pattern to something classier. But not much can be done with this item's VIDs.

What about the ReFabricated mod? You changed textures around a bit there. (We can switch over to the other mod's thread if need be.)
 
I am working on the next version of ReFabricated here and there. So I'll have a look. I think removing parts of the texture will cause issues with shadows though.
Could start with a simple retexture, like raising the slit and working from there. Not looking for elegant too much. Could try for another piece of clothing if you're thinking of a more elegant look, though. I was thinking the long slit dress because it's already the most "elegant" in forms of style. The full outfits seem a bit lacklustre in contrast, but they could possibly be made elegant/seductive... somehow?

Always struck me that there were lots of limos but no one dressing the part of some fancy schmuck.

It is unknown why these issues occur, nor how long it has been an issue, since no one has reported it.

FOR THOSE UPGRADING FROM v1.2:
It is recommended to discard the following Items from your Wardrobe before installing v1.3:
HEADBANDS:
- Women's Hair Chopsticks 1
- Women's Hair Chopsticks 2
SUITS:
- Stripper Bikini

It is also recommended to delete any custom saved Outfits which contain these Items.
If you do not do this, attempting to preview those Items may crash your game, and you might not be able to get rid of them later.
