Depends what the other mod your useing whom uses that file is. The main thing for you is Cyrus suit. So go to it in customize_items.xtbl. Its called Cyrus Suit ..so its easy to find.
First thing ...Make a copy of your file before editing it.
2nd Remove this exact peice of text in the file
<Obscured_Slot><Slot>Body</Slot></Obscured_Slot>
It will make your body visible ...but you'll be bald.
3rd Remove
<Obscured_Slot><Slot>head hair</Slot></Obscured_Slot> To get your hair to show.
The rest is optional but makes sense to do it...
there's other obscured slot you'll notice. The names are descriptive enough you'll be able to tell what pertains to the face or head items... remove every slot obscured for the face and head. So you can wear hats and earings and all with this suit on.
Now if that wasn't enough if there's part of your head missing. Refer to the guides and tutorial forum. IdolNinja posted a list of vid numbers and what part of the body they represent... to remove a vid remove <Obscured_Vid><Vid>the number</Vid></Obscured_Vid>. Dont remove all the vids just te head parts if you need to ..else you'll be poking through the suit all over the place. A vid is a body section represented by a number.
Anyway, I dunno which mod your useing which uses customize_items.xtbl. But whatever it is ... this should fix the problem with the cyrus suit.
Careful not to delete the plural brackets <Obscured_Slots> or <Obscured_Vids>. If your game crashes on load you deleted a closeing or openeing bracket by mistake. Just make sure after you deleted what you wanted that the surrounding slots or vids open and close still.
