Edit : Ok, it turns out your mod wasn't the cause. I had installed the murderbot homies mod previously and I apparently can't uninstall that mod anymore. If I remove the files, my game will crash. I think it must be because my save files have muderbot homies stuck in them so the mod files are needed in order for my game to launch.

Cracked Games are known for having problems with modding.
 
Will you be able to do Donnie and Dane Vogel
Where do you put the file (Im a newbie)
Why can you only use it when you have completed the game
And kepp up the good work the mod looks epic;)

Donnie and Dane Vogel are marked as DLC which means I'm not allowed to do so at the moment.
Put it into your Saints Row IV Folder -> SteamApps\common\Saints Row IV
They remove some homies because of a GUI Limit.
