well not renders because sr2 modding won't allow that but what I do is get a cut/not used character from the games files (ex: Anna from the talk show main menu cutscene) and edit those to look like the characters (which is what I used to make Tanya, Ben King and Dex but let's not get into that plan yet....) or in this case I just got random gang npcs and used them.
 
So, in MAIN MENU.RTF you said "I couldn't add new music in or re-enable the songs found i n teh games files due to copyright issues", but from what I understand from what's been said before about SR1 content, while you can't rip content from SR1 and then distribute it to people, if they left it in the files, you can just turn it back on or repurpose it since it's already existing in your current files. So, if they left the tracks from SR1 in the files, I don't get why you couldn't turn them back on. Alternatively, how hard would it be for us to be able to use these extra radio slots to mod in our own music?

The music from SR1 are not in the SR2 files nowhere and due to copyright issues by M$ (Microsoft), therefore we can't import them into SR2 without their permission.

common.vpp_pc and patch.vpp_pc
on a side note i also realized that the xbox version of the sr games us vpp_xbox2 and anim_xbox2 instead of animx. replacing an animx with an anim_xbox2 in sr2 pc will automatically convert it back to animx when you launch the game.

Oh and if you meant more specifically then i think it was radio.xtbl anim_groups.xtbl and stores.xtbl
