The new gangs are just pimps but with different appearances. None of them carry weapons and they have the same amount of health (male goths are not included as "new gangs" but the females are. The Vice Kings option also have broken animations, can be fixed but still it ships out with them being unable to hit anymore, making them not a threat). Furthermore, the "Gangs After Story" (neighborhoods.xtbl file) addon, breaks the Ultor district causing Masakos to no longer spawn.
