I switched from Customizable Saints HQ to Alternative Cribs and for some reason replaced the Ultor Building with the Hotel suite in the Marina district. Cant I just have both cribs?

Sadly, there's a limit to the amount of cribs you can have at once

I'm trying to download this but it keeps saying the format is broken or unrecognizable. I realize this has been around a while. But I need help.

What do you mean. It's a rar file, you open it with winrar and extract the content. There's even a tutorial how to install the mod
Don't worry about it I had to download 7zip to extract bc the rar was broken
