changes made:
Added in New rpg weapon and new NUKAMINGO model (replaces bling fu)
added in red main menu logo
added in new textures for pepper spray
added in NOVA SPE main menu logo (looks awesome if I do say so myself)
added in pictures
fixed up the weapon reticules
removed gang spawn weapons
FIxed the tommy gun, it now works correctly
fixed up the drugs
removed end credit fix as it caused bugs.
