NPC behaviour and spawn mod

Most certainly helped add some "life" to Steelport. I maintain my preference for Stilwater, having more activities, variety and more physical space to it, but Steelport definitely improved with this mod.

EDIT: Would this happen to remove all mods I currently have installed on SR:TT

Yes, yes it would. Using the uninstaller .BAT that comes with Gentlemen of Steelport would have automated this entire process for you with no need for checking the integrity of your game files, unless you replaced something other than the two patch files.

Will someone please answer my question as to whether or not I need to restart my whole game to use this mod?
 
Validating your Local Cache on Steam will NOT remove any mods you have installed in the root folder.

You need to remove those files manually.

I didn't restart my game using this mod, just works the same i assume
