NPC behaviour and spawn mod

If you're still working on this, can you add an optional file that removes Grenade Launchers from police officers? Because I love replaying the game from new game. But those grenade launchers ruin it for me. Because they are wicked accurate with those damned things, and as you'll imagine, you don't have no ragdoll until lvl 31. I died twice and failed once mission all thanks to those bloody grenade launchers. Besides that I like this mod a lot but those things make it a hellish experience. And not in a good way. My only option is to install the mod post-game. I am not saying you should remove it entirely, just from officers (that patrol the streets).
 
I just downloaded this mod and installed it "by the book", and it freezes my loading screen, even if im just starting a fresh game. Uninstalled and tried a clean install, no dice. Same deal. Running no mods at all.

Do you have the Steam version of the game?
 
Nope, it's in the program files x86/THQ/saintsrow or whatever it's supposed to be, same place i dropped the mods :/
 
Is the deckers specialist supposed to drop her shock hammer when you kill her? Because whenever I use your mod she doesn't.

Hmm, I wonder how I could fix that. I have gentlemen of steelport, sandbox+ and this. So Idunno. Oh, and I can give it to myself by the Giverocket cheat.
