No, this is just a replacement of the texture&model.

I also repleaced long time ago. I'm waiting for new SDK which allows add clothes as new items.

You know I'm actually waiting for the modding patch to do it . I'll be able to do so moch more stuff with the SR4 version of Skinballs Outfit!
