the mod's been working pretty well so far but for some reason vehicle free camera is turned on with every patch I make, even after I deleted the mod from the folder, anyone have any suggestions?

Maybe is the Patch itself

alternatively, you may need to build the patch again using a vanilla patch.vpp_pc that Spadita provided above

Hi, thank you both for the quick reply. I've already tried what was suggested and no dice unfortunately. I think it's an issue with the base_mod_files folder because if I turn it off using developer mode, the camera starts working as it does in the vanilla game, even if I leave the other necessary mods turned on. The only thing is that the game is on Spanish. I'm not tech-savvy enough to mess with it though, but I'm guessing the mod was maybe left accidentally within the base_mod_files folder? I don't really know, I'll try deleting stuff in there and see if anything works

Update: Deleting "vehicle_defaults.xtbl" on the folder fixes the issue, camera is back to normal. Don't really know if it has any consequences so far though.

is there gonna be a version of this mod that doesn't fuck with stuff and makes it as vanilla as possible ala the "use this if you hate fun" version of gotr? i've always liked the IDEA of it but i really do miss some of the QOL choices so when i read "gotr that tries to stay vanilla" i almost came in my pants only to find out it has it's OWN weird additions that i don't fucking want

you can build a vanilla patch from GoTR. just press v and enter to build one
or you can try using SR2ModManager

yeah but what i mean is i like that patch of GOTR but i also like the shit it comes with like the unlimited rockets thing from the dlc and the ability to change the colors of clothes without having to drive to on the rag for your 87th pair of Male Jeans 1

i had the absolute bare minimum with the sr2 mod manager but the shit that was locked like the new main menu and allat STILL annoyed me. am i picky? yes sorry

the unlimited rocket idk how to mod without GoTR, but the change colors on clothes at crib would be SuperUI I think
