Don't work how exactly? Did it say the cheat doesn't exist? Are they not in your garage after activating it? You do know they are helis, right? So, you can only get them from a crib with a helipad.

Just says they don't exist after typing their code in. And yes I do know they're Heli's.

I redownloaded and tested both versions of the mod from this thread and both of those cheats work perfectly. Are you absolutely 100% certain that you have the latest release?
Well I got it from GoSP's Open Cheat option (which I re-downloaded today to make sure it wasn't outdated) so I'm not 100% sure that it's updated. but I dunno if that would be on my side anyways.

Just ONE last question, would it be possible for their to be a average N-Forcer variant without the roof hole cut out? Or is that possible through the Customization?

Every single variant is already a cheat. If that part exists you would have to customize it.
Oh.. Well I went through the body parts, there doesn't seem to be a roof piece for it
