What I use so many mods from here does nosteam count as a pirate version

Indeed! I created 4 different sets of emoticons (pink/purple, red, lt green, and blue, some animated) for use in a BSN group, if Minimaul is interested in making any of them available here I would authorize it.

I've reuploaded the archive with reworked cheats from my last post. Some cheats have been changed + they all have been re-segregated. I'll upload string files soon so all names and descriptions will be displayed properly.

EDIT: Reuploaded it again, I've removed big head mode cheat because it doesn't work anymore.
