Well, the upcoming save editor will have the ability to toggle upgrades, so we just have to wait for him to finish it :D

Easy solution: play on hard difficulty without any upgrades. If you're dead-set on making it harder via a mod, here's one for you.
What it does:
* 95% chance to get hurled from a car at the slightest impact
* Increased chance of getting knocked off the motorcycle
* Homies turn on you after one hit
* Brutes throw things at four times the velocity and run at you four times as fast
* Flamethrower brutes have 10x the hitpoints
* Killed peds have only a 5% chance of dropping cash
* It takes 5 times as long to get up after being knocked over or tasered.
* You now have to hold your gun on a clerk for a full minute to do a holdup
* Cars you're driving now take double damage from small arms fire

This is rather odd, since I haven't really met anybody who really thinks that this idea is good, only people who thinks of it as a neutral suggestion that they don't really seem to care about, so that means I'm that 1/1.217 who supports this idea. And thank you DataSnake, seems pretty useful and alike what I'm thinking. (Though, small adjustments couldn't hurt)

- and for any additonal readers out there, if you're a person who wish to actually have a realism feature, please don't hesitate to comment - that only increases chances of more people taking interest.
