Release Date now 08/19?

Just checked Steam and the release date for SRIV is now showing as the 19th, not the 20th. I haven't seen any news from Voilition on this. Is it an error on Steam's part?
 
Right the timer still says 1 day 11 hours. But look at the release dates on the store page itself.

Someone on the Steam forums suggested that the reason it says the 19th for me is because 35 hours from now, CST is 23:00 hours on the 19th. I'm just surprised its changing the actual date info on my Steam even with that consideration.
 
The store page has updated now and just says August 2013, the timer no longer counting down but there is a notification above it that it will release at 12:01 EST on August 20th. Which is still the 19th for me but only by an hour.
