Review: Saints Save X-mas DLC. (No Spoiler)

I don't know why you're posting question marks.

You asked for a save game with everything completed, and most of the dlc packs you mentioned have nothing to complete, they just add random things from vehicles to weapons to clothes to homies, and two of the dlc packs you mentioned currently are not available on Steam.

The funny thing about those two dlc packs is that they are included in the new update Reloaded released for the pirated version of the game.

Hrmmm

Which makes me wonder if the user has a pirated copy. Malailo, do you own the legal version of the game on Steam? Please integrate your Steam profile so we can confirm.

WTF??? Pirates get extra DLCs?? Is this true?

Several game developers go the disc locked content route these days, or they'll release dlc content with software patches. Then if someone buys the dlc content, it's just instantly unlocked and there's no downloading necessary, so that's kind of cool. The problem however is that when the game or an update is pirated, Reloaded or one of the many other scenes, they not only crack the executable, they unlock all of the dlc at the same time.

In short..

Yes... those who illegally download games sometimes do get dlc content before the legitimate consumer.

Wait... I'm really confused right now. Pirates get future DLCs before us, DLCs and updates too? So are those 2 packs really do exist? If this is true, it's completely unfair to us. Also, how do you know about what do the pirates get or don't get? If you know their whereabouts, why not do a report and get those scums arrested.

Don't wanna seem rude, but the profile pic of the little girl isn't cool....at all. This really isn't the right place for that type of thing, no matter what that type of thing is.
You're absolutely wrong. Mostly the same team/people, including the main writer of all the SR games and Creative Director; Steve Jaros.
Merely pointing out why traditionally themes in games do not carry over to sequels no matter how much they build up to them. Also, it's not always a matter of replacing people. As teams grow new members influence the direction of a franchise in ways not preplanned. Originally Saints Row the Third was announced as a grittier take on the franchise.....best laid plans. Foreshadowing is next to impossible.

If you continue to ignore me, I will ban you. I won't even feel slightly bad about it.

Now, listen. Integrate your Steam profile to prove you own the game. Or else.

I feel something really tremulant with this Malailo.

POSSIBLE SPOILERS... or maybe not...

I think the Christmas expansion is going to be a "required" chapter when it comes to the story of the Saint's. Yes, it's a side story but it seems to pick up shortly after the boss rescues his or her homies but before Zinyak is defeated, and the story in the expansion seems to further change the boss into more of a "hero". When the series started the boss was a monster, a total detriment to society, but as the series progressed they became more of an anti hero and by the 4th game, they just became a hero. The xmas story I believe plays into the evolution, and I think if SR5 picks up where 4 left off, we'll see a boss who actually is a totally genuine good guy. SRIV is also the first Saints game where the boss doesn't kill innocent people, even if the player wants them to because all the civilians are simulations.

If the next game picks up where the 4th left off, things may be really, really interesting. I'd still love to see them use the time machine and accidentally go too far back into the past and have to deal living in a very uptight world, or maybe going back to when the Saints first rose to power and just doing things differently, maybe even actually saving Ayisha so that Gat can live happily ever after. But well, it's way too early to start making predictions.
I think with Sr4 and whit HtSSC, Saints Row series is getting mature and we start to see SR true identity. I like it.
Evil character are interesting at the start, but after a while they get boring. For this the Boss become a good guy, and it seems his friends like him more now.
After all, we like to have somebody that love us, and we can fell more connected to a character that has the good traits we would like to have.

I start to understand the meaning of the end of the planet Earth... maybe.
