Yes you could, you would just have to make up an entry for the tigger in homies.xtbl, im not to sure if the models and animations are preloaded as theyr for an activaty they might be packed in same way as mission files if so you would need to preload them you self
I'm new to modding stuff so I'll just do the first bit and have a non-animated tiger. I wonder what the tiger's static position is...
You can, but the Tiger npc wasn't really meant to be seen outside of cutscenes or activities and as such doesn't have any normal walking or attacking animations. Most of the time its limbs just flail everywhere and it looks fucking stupid.
