Saints Row 4's first DLC is a mockumentary of cut content.

During the "Saints Row Super Dangerous Wub Wub Panel," voice actor Yuri Lowenthal joked that there was another downloadable add-on planned "in which the Saints have to go back in time and save THQ" from bankruptcy, with Jaros adding, "It's a forced fail, though."
Dude flying dragons, curving bullets, and even Chuck Noris can't save THQ. My question is: if we do get the money shot dlc, what modding fun can we have with it?

Wrong Money Shot. You're thinking of the DLC with the assassin's outfit, togo sniper rifle, and ultor hoverbike. There was an unreleased activity dlc, also named Money Shot, where you controlled sniper bullets in first person and guided through targets and things. It was supposed to be a PS3 exclusive but got canned (because it sucked.) There's beta video out there of it on youtube.

Oh, I know what you're talking about now. I recall seeing it.

I am amused by this.

If they do, in fact, put a "Save THQ" story together, though, you know the end won't be a forced fail, but Deep Silver coming out of the woodwork to buy the Saints off.

They should make that DLC, it is like a thank you note to THQ for approving SR1 and Deep Silver to help Volition to continue what they do best.

Anyone else feel this strange? Is this gonna be a free DLC since its just cut content that was held back due to time restraints? Thats the only way it makes sense to me, I mean I know THQ made them release stuff...but I thought this time it would be a bit different for some reason.

Thoughts?

I stopped playing and subsequently started to actually HATE Saints Row 3rd due entirely to the insulting barrage of absolutely retarded DLC. I still do not fully trust Volition anymore, in fact, the only reason I even acknowledge the game is in my Library at all is thanks 100percent to this website.

They can't use the "THQ made us do it" excuse anymore, so the moment they start screwing up again, they go on my "don't buy / don't support" list and I'm out.

You seem to forget the part where THQ was going under and tried as many cash grabs as possible.
