Hahah yeah i actually have already done that recently i just never uploaded my update incase no one wanted it like that 
Also i have every brutes health decreased ALOT just because its very annoying having them swarm on you in a fist fight. There seems to be a slight glitch where every once in a while the military soldiers will show up with assault rifles..... Even with every NPC's loadout eliminated. I for one do not care because it only happens once in a while. But im still trying to figure out why that happens. I do every the civilians health increased ALOT hahaha just because i dont like every single civilian to die in 1 hit.... So now you can bash them 5 times before they fall and they usually will get up 2 or 3 times before their dead. But all the Gangs and Police officers health remain the same. Also i dont know if you noticed but i have the mascots health annoyingly high just because its fun to watch the streets full of mascots beating each other for minutes until they die haha. If anyone finds the civilians and mascots health too high let me know and ill tweak it to something that suits you better. Have a good day everyone
