SaintsRowIV.exe process hangs

Im not running any mods.
That's the whole thing.. i can't close the process from task manager... no matter what i do,
I even tried external programs to close this process and it just stays there until i restart...
When doing a Google search on such a topic (win 7 related) one is led on a Twilight Zone like experience. Bring aspirin and coffee.
My suggestion is to perhaps do a driver re-appraisal of your system. Update or regress as needed as drivers can cause this issue.
The odd thing though is you say this only happened after a DLC install. Apps hanging on exit..... I didn't search that one ... hmm.
One might start with having Steam recheck the game cache veracity.
Also, you didn't state if you tried to do this process kill while running task manager in Admin mode.
I've had things fail to kill if using application kill but can be nailed using process kill.

Nothing, The process remains in the processes list with the same amount of used memory and unable to close.
I have all my drivers updated and so my windows 7.
My task manager is always running in admin mode, I didn't have this problems before the DLC installation and it doesn't happen to me with any other game
yeah its just buy it and you are good to go. somethin' smells fishy here.

I bought this dlc and the presidential pack aswell.
Everything inside the game works properly with no problem,
But I've noticed the problem started to occur right after the first time i checked the new content of the dlc.
I played on LAN today with a friend who doesn't have any DLC and it was his save and i got a msg that my dlc content will be unavailable now but the problem still happened and every time i want to close the game i have to restart my computer to get rid of the process...
